“If you are in doubt
about joining this Boot Camp, don't hesitate! I was nervous
to join, but discovered that it is one of the best things
I have ever done. There are ladies participating of all
fitness levels and you can really go at your own pace,
whether you are super fit or a novice athletes like me.
I have an extremely busy job, and needed to find a workout
with a schedule to force me out of the office. I look
forward to going every day. The workouts are interesting
and varied, and every single instructor is really nice
and very encouraging. You will make a lot of friends at
boot camp and it is very motivating to be part of
a group working out together. And it's fun! I intend
to keep on going to boot camp for a long time to come. “~

“For years I had been
nervous joining a "boot camp"...I have never
liked being pressured by a trainer and that is why I
have stayed away from boot camps. When my "fat
jeans" started becoming tight, I became fed up and
called angela about her boot camp. She assured
me it was a "go at your own pace and there are a
variety of fitness levels in each session". So,
I went and I was SO HAPPY to find that the instructors
encourage you to push beyond your comfort zone, but if
you can only do that 1 more push up or jog for 1 more
second, that is great and thy don't pressure or yell
at you to do more than you can do. Also, I am not much
of a gym girl and working out at either the beach or
park (depending on which camp you sign up for) is so
amazing!! Time flies, I've met really nice, non-judgemental
women, and my "fat jeans" are less tight! :)
I'm signed up forever! I signed up for m-w-f session
and walk or dance tues/thurs/sat if I can. I promise
you that you will LOVE the program angela has created. Its
a loving, supportive, non-judgemental workout!” ~

“I love boot camp for
so many reasons. I wasn't sure what to expect at first,
(just like anything new) but immediately I began to see results
and looking forward to the next session. I
have not only lost inches and body fat but my physical
fitness level has improved as well. I am someone who
already works out on my own, so that's not an issue for
me, but with the boot camp I get to work muscles (with
the weights) and do more AB workouts than I would ever
do alone. It is so motivating to workout on a group
level, by myself I don't push myself to do sit ups but
with the group I do, go figure!! All of the trainers
are amazing and I love the fact that each woman
in the group is at their own fitness level and all shapes
and sizes. I fit right in and I can't wait to sign up
again, as you know I am in the process of developing

“The Palisades Boot Camp
inspires individuals on all fitness levels to stay motivated
by taking the boredom out of their normal exercise routines. Before
trying this boot camp, I was bored with running every
morning, and now I look forward to participating in a
wide variety of exercises resulting in greater accomplishments. The
combination of a fantastic workout, inspiring trainers,
and an overall great group of women are the reasons I

"I am what you would've
called call a skinny fat girl. I was thin, but I had
no muscle tone, was completely unhealthy in my eating
and had no energy. After doing Palisades Boot Camp, I
noticed immediate results. I had tremendous energy throughout
the day, people were commenting on how fit I looked AND
I was eating foods that were better for me because I
didn't want my hard work to go to waste. At the end of
the first session, I lost 6% body fat and 3" off
my waist. I didn't initially join bootcamp to lose weight,
but I did and not only that, it made me a much healthier

“I had a nagging feeling
throughout my third pregnancy that the additional pregnancy
weight gained was going to be difficult to shift this
time around. I was right .... until I started Palisades
Boot Camp. I started at 8 weeks post baby . "Too
Soon" screamed my friends. "Perfect timing" said
my doctor. "Welcome and lets kick butt" said
Angela and her fabulous team. The trainers encourage
and nurture on a consistent basis and you never feel
like they are being conceited about it. Believe me their
workouts will help you quickly gain fitness, trim pounds
and inches and importantly take a sensible approach.
They are clear and concise with all explanations, they
will challenge you physically and mentally but perhaps
the best thing about the camp has been regaining self
esteem, getting my groove back and knowing that the boundaries
of today will be hurdles well jumped next week. I now
go out and run 5-10km on non-boot camp days knowing I
will finish the km's and feel exhausted but fulfilled.
I had aimed to do this 4-6 months post baby but instead
I am doing it 10 weeks after No 3 and most importantly
LOVING IT !!!!! I have ridiculous amounts of energy for
a new mum and am into many pre pregnancy clothes. I have
no doubt Boot Camp is to thank for this. Thanks Thanks
